ISO 9001 Quality Management
Our factory operates under ISO 9001 quality management system. Every production process from raw material inspection to final packaging follows strict quality control procedures. Each batch of products is traceable to its production date, shift, and operator.
Material Testing
All raw materials are tested before use. WPC formulations are verified for density, moisture content, and tensile strength. Our in-house laboratory is equipped to conduct ASTM and EN standard tests for fire rating, weather resistance, and mechanical properties.
Product Certification
All XINSEN WOOD products carry necessary certifications: CE (Europe), ASTM (USA), SGS independent testing. E0 environmental certification confirms zero formaldehyde. Fire ratings certified by national testing authorities.
Pre-shipment Inspection
Every order undergoes pre-shipment inspection. Our QC team checks color consistency, surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and packaging integrity. Inspection reports with photos are available upon request before shipment.
Packaging & Loading
Products are carefully packaged with protective films, corner guards, and water-resistant wrapping. Loading supervised to prevent damage. Container loading photos provided for every shipment.
After-Sales Warranty
ASA outdoor products carry 10-20 year warranty. WPC indoor products carry 5-10 year warranty. Warranty terms clearly stated in commercial offers. Any quality complaints addressed within 48 hours with solutions.
