How to Choose a Reliable WPC Supplier — A Buyer's Guide

The Biggest Mistakes When Sourcing WPC
Many first-time WPC buyers from China focus only on price. The result: samples look fine, but the container arrives with color shift, warping, and thickness variation.
6 Things You Must Check
1. Certifications
CE, ISO 9001, and SGS test reports should be complete. Factories missing certificates are not worth the risk.
2. Sample-to-batch consistency
Ask if the sample and the bulk order come from the same extrusion batch. Different batches mean color and size drift.
3. Factory inspection capability
Suppliers that accept TUV or SGS factory audits are worth shortlisting first.
4. Payment terms
Legitimate suppliers accept T/T 30% deposit + 70% balance against B/L copy. Suppliers asking for 100% prepaid should be avoided.
5. Realistic lead time
Standard WPC profiles ship in 10–15 days from order. Promises of "3 days to port" are unrealistic.
6. After-sales policy
If quality issues arise at destination, will the supplier offer replacement or compensation? Put this in the contract.
